APD Global Research Extends Partnership with Feefo to Increase Brand Excellence Visibility

APD Global Research has announced the extension of their partnership with Feefo, a public reviews and insights company. 

This collaboration will allow APD customer experience and service reviews to be transformed into impactful outward-facing Feefo ratings, effectively linking internal metrics with external brand promotion in a seamless manner.

APD collects tens of thousands of pieces of customer feedback daily for various automotive brands through its award-winning Voice 360cx platform. This platform measures satisfaction, recommendation, and retention levels across all aspects of the sales and ownership experience.

Now, APD Voice 360cx users will have the option to automatically convert customer scores into individual Feefo scores. These scores, along with any comments, will appear on Feefo's website within seconds.

Additionally, every post that APD makes to Feefo is recorded by Google, which positively influences the search engine rankings of APD's clients, increasing their online visibility to potential buyers.
